Tunde Oyekola is the Principal Partner/Architect of El-Mansur Atelier, graduating with first class honours in Architecture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He was also the best graduating student in the class from the Ahmadu Bello University where he bagged a Master of Science degree in Architecture. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects as well as the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria.

ABIMBOLA OLUWASEUN BAMIDELE, is the Director of Operations of El-Mansur Atelier Group, (EMA) an AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) company based in Nigeria with a commitment to providing bespoke global design and construction services. He is responsible for the general coordination of all team leads on various projects and also handles the procurement process for the organisation.
Graduating from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, in 2000, he joined EMA after completing his compulsory NYSC programme, which he undertook with the firm. After 6yrs of field experience, he returned to the Federal University of Technology Akure where he obtained a Master of Technology degree in Architecture in 2006. He was awarded Best All Round, in the Nigerian Institute of Architecture (NIA) Professional Practice Examination NIAPPE Finals I (March 2009). He was admitted as a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects in 2010 as well as the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria in the same year. He is an International associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
Abimbola has earned the LEED Green Associate credential placing him among an elite group of leading professionals in the green building industry. As a credentialed professional, he possesses knowledge of green building practices and how to support others working on LEED projects.
In addition to his broad experience in airport design, Abimbola has been a key member in the decision making on several multinational collaborative efforts with African, American, European and Asian project partners towards the successful delivery of a variety of projects including: Projects for International Oil and Gas companies, Commercial Real Estate developments, Healthcare Facilities and Diplomatic missions.
He has attended numerous seminars and workshops worldwide as well as specialized courses at Harvard and the Airport Consultants Council to name a few.
Joy Ogar is a consummate corporate professional with over 15 years experience in the fields of Adminstration, Human Resources Management and Education.
She is the Head of Adminstration/HR. Joy obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from the University of Abuja in 2001. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, a Diploma Certificate in computer science and human resources.
She is a certified Human Resource Professional. With her exposure to a broad range of businesses, she is privileged to possess key skills in negotiations, planning, strategy development and implementation. As the Head of Admin/HR, she is tasked with the management of the day-to-day operation of the organization.
CHIEDU VICTOR OBATU, MNIA, INT’L ASSOC. AIA, PMP, LEED AP, is the Director of Projects at EMA responsible for the coordination of the team of architects and other multidisciplinary professionals on projects of varying types and scopes, delivering services ranging from project conceptual design to project execution inspection and handover stages.
Chiedu is a licensed architect with a drive for sustainability and excellence in design, planning, construction project management. He is a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, and a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction. He holds memberships with the Nigerian Institute of Architects, NIA, Project Management Institute, PMI, and American Institute of Architects, AIA, and is fully registered with the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria, ARCON.
In addition to being the resident architect on some of the company’s major airport projects, Chiedu plays key design and project management roles in several multinational collaborative efforts with foreign project partners towards the successful delivery of a variety of projects including Projects for International Oil and Gas companies, Airports, Commercial Real Estate developments, and Healthcare Facilities.
He has attended several Airports Consultants Council seminars and workshops in a number of countries including the US, UAE, and Tunisia.
Graduating from the University of Nigeria in 2007 where he obtained B.sc and M.sc degrees in Architecture, Chiedu joined EMA in 2010 after completing his compulsory NYSC programme, and following a brief stint with ATO Architects, Lagos.
FLORENCE ERIBAKE, is a project architect with the firm. She is a member of a team focused on promptly and successfully executing building projects from conceptual design phase through completion. She is also responsible for the procurement process for the organization.
Graduating from the University of Lagos in 2008 where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and in 2010 she bagged a Master in Environmental Design (M.E.D), Florence joined EMA two years after completing her compulsory NYSC programme in 2012 which she undertook with the firm. She was admitted as an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect in 2015.
AKINTUNDE ADEOYE graduated from the Federal University of Technology Akure with a Master of Technology in Architecture.
Since joining El-Mansur in 2014, he has worked on a variety of projects at different stages including programming, planning, schematic design, design documentation, and contract management on projects ranging in scale from residential apartments to multi-building campuses.
Akintunde believes in using design to shape people’s living conditions and tries to make every design decision with this in mind.
KEHINDE OSEIZA Obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc (Architecture) from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. He did his internship at Amarch Consultants Lagos, and did his youth service at A & K Construction Ltd.
He joined Interstate Architects Ltd Abuja, where he officially started his professional career. In 2014 he started working in El Mansur Atelier, where he is a project architect who has been involved in various architectural projects.
ADEDOTUN ADEGOKE is an Architect with the firm. He is responsible for production of 3D Visualizations, animations, as well as production of architectural drawings, site supervision, and documentation of project reports.
After graduating from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he obtained his BSc. and MSc. degrees in Architecture, Adedotun joined El- Mansur Atelier in 2019 for his compulsory NYSC program, and was later retained as a full staff in November, 2020.
Cynthia Humwapwa Benjamin is the Customer Service Officer at EMA. She has five years’ experience in communication and customer service relations.
She is also the Admin Assistant. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Film Arts from the University of Jos in 2010.
She also has a Diploma in Mass communication. Cynthia oversees the online and offline communications of El-Mansur Atelier.
Mr. Oladele Jegede is a competent Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in both consultancy and construction outfits leading to an ethical and professional approach to all areas of work. He graduated from Yaba College Technology in 1995 with Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
He also bagged Master in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
He works with various construction companies as senior quantity surveyor for 8years before joining consultancy firm. Mr. Oladele Jegede bagged certificates in Estimating, FIDIC 1999 Contracts Claims and Advanced Project Controls.
LADOKUN MARTINS TOLULOPE is a Certified professional with 6+ years’ progressive experience in the construction Quantity Surveying field and a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
He had solid knowledge in buildings and infrastructure projects at pre and post contract stages. He is highly motivated and innovative with exceptional skills in Tendering, Taking-off, Cost Estimating and Contract Administration.
Engineer Sam Otenaike a seasoned Electrical engineer with a cutting edge. With a reservoir of knowledge gathered from 20 years working experience in electrical engineering. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989 and bagged a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He joined McAdog & Associates, Lagos in 1992 where he handled various positions starting as Design/Project engineer and rising up to the position of partner in McAdog & Associates, Abuja after 12 years of dutiful service.
Engr Otenaike bagged certificates in Project design using electrical design software solutions from AMTECH training centre in Milton, Keynes, U.K in 2000, 2001. He is a member of the Nigerian society of Engineers (NSE), British Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE now IET), Association of Consulting Engineers Nigeria (ACEN), American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is also registered with the Council of Regulation of Engineering practice in Nigeria (COREN) and is licensed to practice as a consulting Engineer.
Gbenga Onifade has a rich and diverse educational background having graduated with double degrees (Engineering and Mathematics), thereafter, proceeded to badge his Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
He is a founding staff of Samabot & Associates Limited and his involvement in engineering consultancy services spans about ten years. The renovation of the Nicon Hilton (now Transcorp Hilton) Abuja, construction supervision of Adamawa Plaza and Jimeta Ultra-Modern International Market (both owned by the Adamawa State Government of Nigeria), and the Delta Place (a commercial development by the Delta State Government, Nigeria) are some of the projects he has actively been involved in.
